Emilia Fox.
Probably best known now for her major rôle in the BBC drama series Silent Witness, she has done an amazing range of other work:
modern, Shakespearean & other classic stage drama, period & contemporary drama on TV & film, radio drama, narration, voiceovers and modeling.
The daughter of actors Edward Fox and Joanna David,
she is also a niece of actor James Fox & theater director Robert Fox,
cousin of actor Laurence Fox,
and granddaughter of actress Angela Worthington (about whom Noel Coward wrote his famous song Don't Put Your Daughter on the Stage, Mrs Worthington).
She is married to Jared Harris, son of actor Richard Harris.

- Featured in The Mail on Sunday's 'Best of British' supplement on the BAFTAs, with a photo and a mini-interview:
Most famous for The Pianist.
Soon to be seen in You Don't Have to Say You Love Me.
Favourite film City of God, The film's two directors got incredible performances out of actors who had very little
professional experience. I always love watching the kisses montage at the end of Cinema Paradiso - it appeals to my deep romanticism.
Best moment Working with Roman Polanski on The Pianist was an absolute delight.
He's so intelligent, witty, bright, meticulous - and you feel like you can trust him.
If he told me to jump off a cliff, I'd do it.
Worst moment In one audition I had to pretend to fight an alien.
After walking out I thought: "I've got to get myself another career." Thankfully I didn't get the part.
Would like to work with Samantha Morton who is amazing. Paddy Constantine who is brilliant at improvising,
and Bill Nighy, because he's divine. And Geoffrey Rush who I adore. And Roman, again.
